• Meal-planning preferences, goals, dietary preferences, and dislikes.
• Meal plans, meal logs, shopping list progress, and onboarding answers.
• Push notification device tokens if you enable notifications.
• Subscription and entitlement status used to unlock GreenRoot Pro.
• Basic technical information needed to run, secure, and troubleshoot the app.

How GreenRoot uses information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To personalize meal plans, recipes, and recommendations.
• To sync your plan and activity across devices when you sign in.
• To provide subscription access and restore purchases.
• To send reminders only if you enable notifications.
• To improve app reliability, fix bugs, and support users.

Third-party services

GreenRoot currently uses third-party infrastructure to operate key parts of the app.

• Supabase for authentication, database, and storage.
• RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.
• Apple and optionally Google for sign-in and billing flows you choose to use.

Subscriptions and payments

GreenRoot does not store your full payment card information. Purchases, billing, and subscription renewals are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Data retention

GreenRoot keeps your account data while your account remains active. If you use the in-app delete-account option, GreenRoot will attempt to remove the account and related synced data from its backend.

Your choices

• You can use parts of GreenRoot in local mode without signing in.
• You can edit your plan setup and account details in the app.
• You can turn push reminders on or off.
• You can request account deletion from the in-app account section.
